Slippers

Our slippers are cut according to the usual shoe sizes. Please order slippers according to your normal shoe size. If you already own a matching Giesswein slipper, please order according to this size. Please note that boiled wool slippers will expand slightly over time.

How do I measure correctly?

Take a piece of paper and a pen. Step on the sheet of paper with your foot and mark the heel and tip of your toe with your pen. Do the same with the second foot. Feet are rarely exactly the same length. If you already know the longer foot, it is sufficient to measure its length. Determine length in cm. Please use the ruler to determine the length in cm. The tables below translate the sole length into all common sizes.

For orders outside the EU and Switzerland, you must pay the customs and any applicable taxes or processing fees of the country. Please inquire here about the local regulations of your country.

How long does it take to get the ordered goods?
In the EU, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. If problems arise due to availability of goods or unclear information, we will contact you. These cases can lead to a longer processing time. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs delays may occur. Therefore, please calculate with a longer delivery time of up to one week.

RETURNS

How can I return or exchange something?
We attach a prepaid DHL return label and a return slip to each package. With this package sticker you can send the package back to us for free at the nearest post office. If you do not have a return label, you can generate it at www.giesswein.com/return. This requires a delivery within the EU or Switzerland. In addition, include the returns slip in order to ensure smooth and fast processing.

Please note:
Do not send the goods not carriage paid and also not without a return label from us, as this results in higher costs.
The return of the goods and the processing can take up to 3 weeks.

Will I receive a new invoice after the return of goods?
No, you will not receive a new invoice. If you arrange for the return before the due date of the invoice, you can only pay for the items retained and the invoice fee. Simply subtract the amounts of the returned goods from the original invoice amount.

What can I do if the amount of the refund is wrong?
If we have allegedly refunded an incorrect amount, we ask you to contact our customer service. Please enter the relevant order number, possibly reference number regarding your invoice and the name under which you made the order. This helps us to find an uncomplicated solution as fast as possible.
