Wonderfully comfortable With supportive sole & footbed

Excellent quality.

good wellmade warm slippers but two issues are evident. The sizing is well undersize iam a english size 10 and a half and the size 12 are difficult to put on . The length is good but the width is muchtoo thin if the top of the slipper were harder it would be uncomfortable.

Good company to deal with, my delivery came in the time they had said. The slippers are really well made and look good. The fit is quite wide but a little shorter in length than I normally find for a UK size 6 (39). They fit snugly round the ankles though I do find them a little hard under foot. The non slip sole is very good though and gives excellent grip even on a wet floor. If I bought these again I'd probably buy a size larger and put in a sheepskin innersole. I can't comment on how they wash as I haven't had to do this yet.

I’m about to return them Even without the footbed they are very narrow and no chance of fitting Very sad they should be much more generous as slip on slippers Had been saving for them so it’s a huge disappointment

I had to return a pair of shoes which were not big enough. I’ve been a regular size 6 all my adult life, but in these my toes were hitting the toe of the shoe. Otherwise the service you provide is excellent.

I love my new slippers. Warm, comfy and durable. Worth every penny. Second pair I've had and switched to the red pair. Love the colour.

Measured my feet according to the instructions and I was advised to purchase a size 3. However as I normally buy a size 4 and halves to size 5, I opted to get a a size 4. I have to say that they are a perfect fit. If they had been too large they have an adjustable toggle on the front uppers which would have pulled them in a bit. They are lovely and warm but not too hot. They are so comfortable I forgot to take them off when I went shopping. ( My age maybe?) I THINK I was the only person to realise as they look so good. Or perhaps I didn't see the pitying looks. Would definitely recommend. I am of course wearing them now but will try not to go shopping in them.

excellent slippers, well constructed from really good materials. So comfortable

Buying a replacement pair of Vent slippers and decided to try the clogs for a change. Still felt good quality, but didn't feel as comfortable, toes pushing against the end and harder feel. Easy to return. Ordered a replacement pair of Vent, which arrived quickly and feel like slippers.

Speedy delivery great quality

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.

Really comforting,smart and comfortable

I am most disappointed with my purchase, they are too big. I need a UK7 1/2 which you do not seem to offer. Also the sole is so thin that it is most uncomfortable to walk as ones feet feel the irregular of the ground. I also notice that they are manufactured in China, I always assumed that you manufactured in continental Europe. I will be returning them.
