Very pleased with product,very comfortable thankyou

Very good slippers a bit tight when you start wearing them

Measured my feet according to the instructions and I was advised to purchase a size 3. However as I normally buy a size 4 and halves to size 5, I opted to get a a size 4. I have to say that they are a perfect fit. If they had been too large they have an adjustable toggle on the front uppers which would have pulled them in a bit. They are lovely and warm but not too hot. They are so comfortable I forgot to take them off when I went shopping. ( My age maybe?) I THINK I was the only person to realise as they look so good. Or perhaps I didn't see the pitying looks. Would definitely recommend. I am of course wearing them now but will try not to go shopping in them.

excellent slippers, well constructed from really good materials. So comfortable

Buying a replacement pair of Vent slippers and decided to try the clogs for a change. Still felt good quality, but didn't feel as comfortable, toes pushing against the end and harder feel. Easy to return. Ordered a replacement pair of Vent, which arrived quickly and feel like slippers.

Speedy delivery great quality

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.

Really comforting,smart and comfortable

I am most disappointed with my purchase, they are too big. I need a UK7 1/2 which you do not seem to offer. Also the sole is so thin that it is most uncomfortable to walk as ones feet feel the irregular of the ground. I also notice that they are manufactured in China, I always assumed that you manufactured in continental Europe. I will be returning them.

takes a bit of time to get your order.. shoes laces undone often despite double knots otherwise very confortable product perfect for the gym.

Comfortable, I normally have a ‘G’ width, but they’re just fine.

Exceedingly well made with a level of comfort far beyond my expectations, these may well be the comfiest things I have ever had the pleasure of sinking my feet into.

Bought these for an upcoming touring holiday in China and am hoping they live up to expectations. Wore them once so far, without socks, no blisters, really comfortable, fit great around the ankle, supportive, look smart and best of all, my feet didn’t sweat at all. If successful in China, I will be buying more!

Giesswein? So warming the name should really be Glühwein!

I am very happy with the slippers particularly the arch support plus the fact that they can’t fall off unexpectedly as some slippers do. I think they should be warm this winter. They are a little difficult to put on as there isn’t any extra cord to loosen them around the opening. I can manage with a shoe horn. The choice of colours was very limited ( black or red). I would have preferred dark blue or grey.

I need to return my lovely slippers for a larger size I am house bound can I return them with the post office parcel service
