Excellent foot support. Quick delivery. Very pleased with my purchase

I ordered two pair of Vent slippers, one for myself and one for my wife. The quality and fit are fantastic. The ability to use your own insoles is what we needed and these slippers work perfectly for that. The shipping time was as described, however the details available on the courier website were not updated.

My walking boots are absolutely fantastic — warm, comfortable, and perfect for long walks. They fit beautifully and feel great right from the first wear. The customer service was amazing too; really helpful and friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Super warm woolen slippers. All I needed.

very cosy slippers

I made my purchase of giesswein merino lamb wool and cape scarf last 12 of November 2025 but until now 22 of November they didn’t arrive yet

The Vent slippers are very good indeed: the fit is perfect and the materials are wonderful. They are very comfortable indeed. The non-slip sole is just right. I do have a request, however: if they were a centimetre or two higher around the ankle, they would be even better. This extra height would give better insulation when it is cold. I believe it would also help the slippers not to catch when going down stairs for instance. I will wait in hope: with this small change the slippers would be perfect.

We ordered the incorrect sized shoes and only realised this after receiving the goods However we received a reply to our email within hours stating the procedure to follow We received acknowledgement of return within a day and the refund within 3 days such first class service!

My partner already has a pair of Giesswein slippers so I knew they were good. I wish I hadn’t been so slow to get myself a pair. Aside from being warm and looking great, I love the stability of walking around in them. They are soft underfoot, and so quiet, but my feet feel very supported- much appreciated after a day of slog.

Very comfortable . Don't feel as sturdy as my previous pair . Love the colour .

Quality exceptional. Delivered on time. Although the outer box was wet through at the corners, the inner box was thankfully dry, as it is a present.

Recommended by my son, and turned out to be a good recommendation. Comfortable, warm and hopefully as long-lasting as my sons, as he's had his for 5 years and still fit for purpose. Oh, the joy of things been made to last!

So disappointing....these slippers are beautiful, the quality is superb, but the tight ankle means I can't actually get my foot into them! So I'm trying to find out how to return them.....
