How do I measure correctly? Take a sheet of paper and a pencil. Place your foot on the sheet of paper and mark the heel and toe with the pencil. Do the same with the 2nd foot. Feet are rarely exactly the same length. If you already know the longer foot, it is sufficient to measure its length. Now just use the ruler to determine the length in cm.

Bought my first pair of Merino Runners in March 2022 and have worn them every day since. Almost two years later I am about to buy another pair. I am blessed with wide feet so the stretchable nature of these shoes has been absolutely perfect. OK, they are not cheap but to my mind £135 for two years' continuous wear is well worth every penny. I am only replacing them because the tread on the soles has worn down - again, totally acceptable given the amount of use they have had. These are superb shoes and I cannot recommend them too highly. You've tried the rest, now try the best.

Fabulous shoes. Very comfortable. Cool in summer. A great look. I got the rainbow sole but they don’t seem to do it anymore 😕. I haven’t tried machine washing them yet. Still, highly recommended (the merino runner). Do I need a second pair? I think so

I love them. I had mine for 2 years now and they are as good as new. Really comfortable and true to size (size 47...). I wouldn't recommend them without socks in summertime though, as you will get sweaty feet, but in wintertime they are nice and comfy also without socks.

I measured my feet meticulously ahead of purchase and followed the company's advice about buying on smaller side of expected size, and even allowing wear to gently stretch the wool upper however a month into wearing them I have to admit they are far too small still and causing me serious foot pains, I was in denial as these are the most expensive shoes I have ever bought but unfortunately it hasn't worked out.
