This ankle-high wool sneaker was specially designed for the transitional season and combines all the advantages of comfortable wool fabric with waterproof properties. The upper made of Merino wool fabric as well as the especially soft Merino boiled-wool lining provide double insulation against the cold and support a balanced foot climate. The waterproof, breathable Giesswein Waterproof membrane between the two wool layers keeps moisture out and protects children's feet from getting wet even in damp weather. For additional stability, the heel is reinforced with wool material applied on the outside. Reflective threads woven into the webbing at the heel and tongue improve visibility in low light and thus increase everyday safety. The lightweight Phylon midsole impresses with dimensional stability and durability. The child-friendly cushioning while walking, running, and jumping supports the foot's natural roll. The robust treaded rubber outsole provides additional grip on different surfaces. The asymmetrical tongue tab is easy to grasp and supports independence when putting the shoes on. Small, kid-friendly foot symbols on the toe box make it easier to tell left from right. Elastic laces are securely stitched in place for a safe fit and easy handling. The care label with name field is super practical for daycare and preschool.
